This is the single point of contact for product support, privacy rights, security reports, and copyright or content takedown requests. Every submission receives a trackable request number.

Scope & Response Times

Security vulnerabilities: triaged and mitigated with priority upon receipt; please do not publicly disclose unpatched reproduction details.
Copyright & takedown: processed after verifying the content URL, the basis of the claim, and the submitter's identity, with necessary audit records retained.
Privacy rights: requests for access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, and export are supported, except for records we are legally required to retain.
General support: during the limited preview, first replies typically arrive within five business days.

Operations Note

The service is currently operated by the CiteArk project team as a limited preview. The platform does not re-host full texts of papers whose licenses do not permit redistribution; public access to disputed items may be restricted while a dispute is being resolved.
